URL API settings

i try this guide by i don't know what i should put on the URL fields on the API SETTINGS.

that url i think its the target of post fields when the external auth will be send the username and password, by example i think if i have a mail app web, the username and pass fields from post sent to /mailauth.php so the this url with mailauth.ph its the complete info that must be put here.. well i guess
