tick value is not shown when the limit is set to 0

I think I have a bug found.

When one of the threshold is set to 0, it does not show in the tick label:

Same problem here. If the limit is 0, tick won't shown even if showTick:true

0:{limit: 0, color: "#d81414", showTick: true}
1:{limit: 5, color: "#c8d41b", showTick: true}
2:{limit: 40, color: "#26c914", showTick: true}
3:{limit: 50, color: "#c8d41b", showTick: true}
4:{limit: 60, color: "#d81414", showTick: true}
