UX: Show distance to liquidation as % drop from liquidation

## Description
When borrowing, show X% drop from liquidation (similar to Fluid) instead of just showing LTV.

Currently users see LTV (loan-to-value) but it's not intuitive to understand how close they are to liquidation.

## Expected
Show something like '15% drop from liquidation' - more intuitive than '65% LTV'
