Describe the enhancement you want to request
The TUI sidebar already shows additions and deletions for each modified file. It would be helpful if the Modified Files header also showed the total additions and deletions, similar to the summary on a PR file list.
This makes it easier to scan the overall size of the current session diff without adding up each file row manually.
