Refreshing the model database doesn't load the latest models from GitHub Copilot

Description

I would like to use GPT 5.3 in OpenCode but I couldn't find it in the model list. I thought that GitHub Copilot doesn't support it yet, but then I checked their website as well as the Copilot CLI and the model is actually there, even though it's missing from OpenCode

1. run oc models --refresh
2. you will see that gpt-5.3 is missing

If your issue is specifically about the oc models --refresh command not fetching the latest Copilot model list dynamically, that may be distinct enough to stand on its own. Otherwise, consider adding your findings (the --refresh flag not pulling new models) as a comment on one of the above issues.
