[Desktop/Web] Auto-accept permissions gets turned on for every conversation

Description

After I enabled auto-accept once for one convo it just gets automatically re-enabled even after I disabled it in the web.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use opencode web
2. Enable auto-accept once for a conversation
3. Create a new conversation and after sending a message the auto-accept gets turned on again
