flickering in TUI when running in Ghostty terminal

Description

When running OpenCode in Ghostty, the TUI flickers noticeably when moving the mouse. The same workflow is stable in other terminal emulators (e.g. kitty).

1. Open Ghostty
2. Run opencode (or opencode )
3. Move the mouse (cursor) to the bottom of the screen
