feat(openrouter): add reasoning options

Summary

• add endpoint-specific reasoning options across all 192 reasoning-capable OpenRouter models
• correct provider capability metadata from the authenticated OpenRouter catalog
• expose Claude Opus 4.7/4.8 adaptive effort (low through max) alongside the reasoning toggle; OpenRouter maps this through top-level verbosity to Anthropic output_config.effort

Verification

• 1,041 live probes covering strict parameter routing, toggles, effort values, and token-budget boundaries
• focused follow-up verification for corrected Claude and Qwen boundaries, mandatory-reasoning models, and GPT image variants
• bun validate
• git diff --check

Notes

• some aggregate/router controls remain provider-route dependent
• temporarily unroutable models were retained where they remain present in the authenticated catalog
