Request: New column for parallel tool calling

After looking around I noticed there's no solid resource for showing which models support parallel tool calling.

Would be helpful to consolidate it on models.dev!

PR #343 proposes a schema change that would support tracking parallel tool calling alongside other tool capabilities.

The proposal changes tool_call from a boolean to a union type:

• true/false (backward compatible)
• Object with optional fields: supported, streaming, parallel, coerces_types

This would let models document capabilities like:

[tool_call]
supported = true
parallel = false  # Does not support parallel tool calling

Or simply use tool_call = true for models where all capabilities work (parallel defaults to true).

This addresses the tracking gap mentioned in this issue while maintaining backward compatibility with existing data.
