Auto-detection of git remote doesn't work for ssh url

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a workspace where the remote is configured with the ssh url (e.g. git@ssh.dev.azure.com:v3/myorg/myproject/myrepo)
2. Try to sign in

Same issue here with the ssh:// URL variant:
ssh://git@ssh.dev.azure.com/v3/orgname/Project/Repo

The extension logs:
[Info] AzdoRepository> Inferred orgUrl: undefined, projectName: undefined
[Info] AzdoRepository> Unable to infer org config from git.

This also causes 3x uncaught errors: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace') — likely because the code calls .replace() on the undefined orgUrl downstream.

Workaround I used: Set the fetch URL to HTTPS while keeping SSH for push:
git remote set-url origin https://org@dev.azure.com/org/Project/_git/Repo
git remote set-url --push origin ssh://git@ssh.dev.azure.com/v3/org/Project/Repo
