Controls not working

Hi,

I tried your code by adding myself and then downloaded your sample code also. The controls are still not working on google docs page. I tried to select radio box, but its not working.

Can you please help me, what to do?

@hims889 I waited some time after I loaded the Google Forms pages, and the controls became responsive to actions.
