ERR:NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

I want to call a WSDL Located at:
http://xxxx:8095/xxx/xxx/certificate?wsdl

But i am getting error on the console
`GET http://xxxx:8095/xxx/xxx/certificate?wsdl net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED `

The WSDL URL is working perfectly in POSTMAN/SOAPUI.
