"Could not parse data" message for duplicate keys

In this example, two rows of the range TranspMIdupl have identical key column values:

BARA   SUANBOD   32000
BARA   SUANBOD   29400
.......

This is flagged as an error, but the error message does not properly identify what is wrong:

	Could not parse data
