Update documentation

S3 sync and Duplicity support have been added, but documentation does not reflect it. Creating this issue to keep this on my radar.

As the documentation has not been updated yet, can you please provide a instructions how to use S3 sync?
I can't figure out how to config your script to upload to S3.
