Can't import custom prompts to Blather Round

Hi, I'm having trouble importing my custom Blather Round prompts into the game. This is the error I'm getting:

I've already tried using the raw .py script version of the editor, adjusting the security permissions of the original game files, and running the editor program in administrator mode, none of those seemed to work.

Here's the custom prompts I'm trying to use, creating using the editor: custom_content.zip
