[Amber] Refresh button on workspaces page does not work

Issue Description

There is a button called 'Refresh' on the workspaces page. When clicked it should refresh the list of workspaces. Instead it does nothing. For example if I choose to delete a workspace and then click 'refresh' the deleted workspace should be removed from the list.
