Local development outside of a container results in error because LAGOON env not present #29
Description
When calling drush la outside of a container deployed environment, if the LAGOON environment variable is not present, it returns an error below when attempting to get a token. The user experiencing this uses DDEV locally, and I'm unsure how DDEV local development works with Lagoon.
