ScreenDim doesn't install on cordova

:giving the command: cordova plugin add https://github.com/alunny/ScreenDim.git
it will give the fallowing erro:
Error: fail to fech plugin https://github.com/alunny/ScreenDim.git via registry
eather it's a connection problem or plugin spec is incorrect
