Reconstruction-only docker file is installing packages that it doesn't need

The dockerfile is installing packages it doesn't need. This is a reconstruction-only file, so it doesn't need anything about jupyter or itk:

We should also install dask[complete] in the container.

Then in tiff_to_zarr.py we can add:

from dask.distributed import Client

client = Client(n_workers=16, threads_per_worker=2, memory_limit='100GB')  # Adjust based on your hardware

Testing at the new bl832 vis computer, this seems to speed up the multires conversion and utilize more of the system's resources.
