In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we pledge to:
- Be Respectful: Treat everyone with respect, regardless of their experience level, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or nationality.
- Be Inclusive: Welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities.
- Be Constructive: Focus on constructive criticism and positive interactions.
- Be Collaborative: Work together to achieve the project's goals.
- Be Empathetic: Try to understand other people's perspectives.
The following behaviors are considered unacceptable:
- Harassment: Harassment, including offensive comments, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome sexual attention, and other unwelcome conduct.
- Discrimination: Discrimination based on any of the protected characteristics listed above.
- Personal Attacks: Personal attacks, insults, or derogatory comments.
- Trolling: Disruptive or inflammatory behavior intended to derail discussions.
- Publishing Private Information: Sharing other people's private information without their consent.
- Other Inappropriate Conduct: Any other conduct that is deemed inappropriate in a professional setting.
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to the project maintainers by emailing [alphin@researchark.eu]. All reports will be kept confidential.
The project maintainers will review and investigate all reports of unacceptable behavior. They will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Warning: Issuing a warning to the individual involved.
- Temporary Ban: Temporarily banning the individual from participating in the project.
- Permanent Ban: Permanently banning the individual from participating in the project.
