Add Word2vec jar to OKC dependencies for better library usage support

The Word2VecJava-0.9.0-ALLENAI-1.jar in lib folder has to be added in every project OKC is imported to. The situation gets even trickier when you have to hunt down this separate dependency for usages like spark deployment. It makes some sense to make it part of the dependencies.

The problem is that they haven't published a new version of it yet. I'm pushing two more PRs through (medallia/Word2VecJava#24 and medallia/Word2VecJava#23), and then I'll ask them to publish. Then we declare that dependency properly, and the lib goes away.

I knew there was a reason I am bothering with those PRs :-)
