I don't know what you mean by:

Use TLSConfig.DangerousAllowInsecureHTTPLoads property.

Also, you have deprecated that Feature in 3.4.2

I am facing the same issue even though added the config file for the http domain.

same here. I've added all the necessary network_security_config settings + manifest file updates, but local IP connection using http is still not accessible.
