unknown software error when shutting down PC #171

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
The PC should shut down without an error message
ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
When I shut down the computer, I get an unknown software error (see attachment)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE BEHAVIOUR
Sometimes this message comes up during a normal shutdown
