Add some documentation to doxygen

Hi @benkrikler , I've changed the comments in the LLDQ modules to be doxygen friendly, as well as some of the raw data processing modules. Can we remove */caen/*, */data_quality/*, */dt5720/*, and */v1724/* from the excluded patterns in the Doxyfile? I ask because there may be other reasons you excluded them.

It will clutter up the index, but things are grouped to some extent. Also, the odb_check is documented, can we add that?

I can take care of this, but there may be things I'm missing.

I've made the changes as you suggested. It looks like you could give us a Doxygen tutorial! It's looking very nice.

If we think there is too many files then I could break this up into separate projects (at the moment there's just AlcapDAQ and g4sim, but we could have rootana, alcapana and odb_check separately for example).

In future feel free to make changes to the scripts yourself. If you need to change the job submission options just let me know. For what it's worth, the crontab entries i'm running with are:
