Doesn't support subdomains

While looking into the code, I could not find where i can set the subdomain. Would you be able to guide me or create an example? Thanks.....

Hi there, it currently doesn't support subdomains, but feel free to contribute back if you plan on implementing it.

Looking at Challonge API, seems like you just need to pass in 'subdomain' param when creating/updating.
