why does the datetimepicker return the utc time

By default, the showOmniDateTimePicker function returns the current UTC time in ISO 8601 format.
on this condition,if the devcice is not actucally located at UTC time zone ,the datetime return by showOmniDateTimePicker is wrong.
why not return current local time without the 'Z' suffix.

Working with UTC and local time
A DateTime object is in the local time zone unless explicitly created in the UTC time zone.
