Expose the ports assigned within the container

A customer wants to know the external port assigned to the internal port specified in the SDL within the container.

It's currently impossbile with the current bid engine.

I want to address this issue.

The original issue says it's "impossible with the current bid engine" - but the bid engine doesn't handle ports (that happens at deployment-time).

Is this a misunderstanding, or should providers see port specs during bidding?
