Incorrect color for location temperature in Fahrenheit

Describe the bug
The "safe color" of green-yellow-red is incorrect when the temperature is set to Fahrenheit. I'd speculate that it's treating the temperature as Celsius without converting it first.

To Reproduce

1. Set location temperature to Fahrenheit in a room-temperature location.
2. Observe in the iOS app that the temperature green-yellow-red icon is red.

Expected behavior
The temperature field's green-yellow-red icon is green when the location is room temperature.
