Fix map credits for the different layer providers

On commons-on-osm some of the map credits are not quite right.

The 'osm.org' layer mentions CC-by-SA which probably dates from before the OSM license change.

The OpenCycleMap.org tiles should be credited to OpenStreetMap bus also Andy Allen or thunderforest

It should use the per-layer attribution feature to credit different tile layers, as a basic fix

Easy enough to do. I'll have a go at fixing this myself.

I'm only looking at commons-on-osm. It may be this issue is the same for other maps in this repo?

Common-on-osm was not so in the focus like the map inside Wikipedia. So there the credits should be correct in other maps. (I was supprised that this map use OpenCycleMap, in other maps we have out "inhouse-product" hikebikemap. I fixed this by remove this layer.
