Plan migration to @opennextjs/cloudflare

Based on the Cloudflare docs for CF Pages and NextJS we will eventually want to migrate from @cloudflare/next-on-pages ↗ to @opennextjs/cloudflare ↗

We could test this from a completely new branch before committing to it.
