update queue retry errors #583
Description
A few of the queued tasks could have better error handling, especially with parse_agent_tool_result_strict and _should_retry_on_error together.
A few of the common errors to review:
- NotEnoughFunds
- ConflictingNonceInMempool
- ContractAlreadyExists
Correctly parsing results and establishing this pattern will help make the on-chain jobs more resilient to known failures.
