Is yours a 64 bit?
Did you try installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 run-time for 64 bit?If not please get it installed and then try again.

Yes I have Visual studio 2015, I build the project. Build was successful. However while using Java client to connect to MSMQ on different host. I receive that error.

Is it working when both Java client and MSMQ are on same machine?
Please paste the error message as well.

Did not try with MSMQ in same machine. However the error seems to be different. Please find the error msg.

@Ravi1971 that simply means that the msmqjava.dll file is not in your windows PATH .
