Dry Wine Final (Specific) Gravity is around 0.990.

The sanity checks for the SG bottom out at 1.00 in the code (see link below), however dry wine specific gravity will be below 1.00. It usually bottoms around 0.990. Suggest dropping the sanity check value to slightly below 0.990.
