Create a report only using the reporting API

What about having an api call which can receive

• observation json-lds
• parcel location data

and create a report from these inputs

@fedjo I will create separate reporting endpoint as current implementation use same JSON-LD objects and without having FC reports will not have image of parcel etc because they miss parcel location (and ID in json does not help us if we do not have service to retrieve parcel/farm details). So parcel/farm data should be entered manually . Also in this case Observation IDs are not any help, we need pure observation json-lds array, so creating new endpoint seems logical to me and deleteing existing logic in same endpoints

I agree that farm/parcel data should be entered manually.

As I understand we can keep both existing logic and new endpoint. No reason to delete. How does that sound?
