Notes

• Housing and Community Development (HCD) has transitioned to the Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED). As part of this transition, the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (GOPB) has transferred responsibility for housing-related reporting to HCD.
• The dashboard is updated quarterly by the 15th of January, April, July, and October.
• Quarterly housing metric update data can found in this Google Shared drive: UGRC Projects > GOEO > HCD Housing Dashboard

Risks

• For FY27 Q1, the risk is finding staff to perform the July update. Jake, who previously worked this task, has left UGRC for a new position.
