Acceptance Criteria

• Research adding a "View in a browser" button to the newletter. This may be something that can be configured in SendGrid
• Work with @DenisePeterson to incorporate the new branding colors into the newsletter template
• Gather topics and draft quarterly newsletter for FY27 Q1
  • May GISAC summary?
  • Recent blog posts
  • Highlight new hires

• Review and approve newsletter
• Publish and send out newsletter to subscribers
