JS SDK - Bug: StepInput and StepOutput should be typed as string|undefined #3

The typing for [StepInput](https://github.com/AI-Engineer-Foundation/agent-protocol-sdk-js/blob/main/src/models.ts#L20) and [StepOutput](https://github.com/AI-Engineer-Foundation/agent-protocol-sdk-js/blob/main/src/models.ts#L25) doesn't match the current protocol spec which is a nullable string. These should be typed as string|undefined not any.
