src/Arcp.Core/Capabilities.fs:19 contains the comment "v1.0 ships bearer-only". ARCP v1.1 is now canonical and the bearer-only auth wording is still accurate but the version label is stale.
Reword to: "ARCP v1.x ships bearer-only auth; vendor schemes via x-vendor.*." Or drop the version prefix entirely.
