Login in headless mode

What happened?

When authsome is running on a remote machine. Open a local browser on the remote machine will not help.

What did you expect?

Just output a url which the user can open on any browser which is accessible.

Steps to reproduce

ssh into a ec2 instance.
Try to do add a credential for a service.
