Support python3.12, Blender 4.0.2 uses python3.12

It would be really great if this library would support blender 4.0.2 which on fedora at least is built with python3.11
Supporting this python version would allow me to install opencamlib and use blendercam

I'd echo this request for FreeCAD as well. When updating the dependencies to Python 3.12, opencamlib will no longer be available to FreeCAD users.

Just tried getting it to run again. Blender does now shit with 3.13 and is not compatible with opencamlib.
