Let's make the primary (bold) style of button the solid red, and the secondary (italic) outlined in red as seen on https://www.idfcfirst.bank.in/personal-banking

• don't include the arrow icon by default for the secondary one, but if the "arrow-right-white" colon notation is used, it should look like that.
• include these styles under the "light-scheme" section class
• But under the "dark-scheme" section class, make both buttons white, as seen on https://www.idfcfirst.bank.in/credit-card/hpcl-power-fuel-credit-card
