Adding a Toast at the same time another one disappears does not add the second toast

🤔 Expected Behavior?

The first Toast should disappear while the second one should appear at the same time

The first Toast disappears, but the second one does not appear

🖥️ Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the first Toast example in the documentation
2. Set 1000 in the "timeout" field
3. Click on the button "Show Toast", then re-click on it exactly just after the first one starts to disappear (around 1200ms after the first click)
4. The second click does nothing

Seems like this is because of the view transition blocking pointer events from making it to the button as a Toast is transitioning out, if you used keyboard to trigger the button the issue doesn't reproduce. Is this a docs only issue for you or is it affecting you in a app when using RAC?
