In Digital Quality Documents the specification states for the SMC DocumentInstance, that "[the] SMC inherits from “DocumentVersion” of IDTA 02004-2-0 “Handover Documentation”. Either SMCs (DocumentInstance and DocumentVersion) share the same semantic id "0173-1#02-ABI503#003/0173-1#01-AHF582#003". However, upon closer inspection, either SMCs differ in their properties. Furthermore, in #157, I've raise the issue of constraints that are maybe missing in HandoverDocumentation 2.0.
This raises the following questions:
- If two SMCs (of different SMTs) have the same semantic ID (to the letter), shouldn't they also have the same structure?
- If two SMCs (of different SMTs) have the same semantic ID (to the letter), should the same constraints apply to them?
