According to the EmbeddedDataSpecifications, the DataType is "STRING", furthermore, on page 12 there is the following section:
Special Treatment Classes
Necessary treatment or handling instructions for delivery (e.g., refrigeration, hazardous goods handling) can
be defined in the SML SpecialTreatmentClassList using the property SpecialTreatmentClass.
My question is: is the definition of SpecialTreatmentClass simply missing, or is it modeled incorrectly and rather should be a Property submodel element with ValueType "xs:string".
