Make a sub section for the coding / encoding of assetIds

After months of searching, I found the information regarding searching for asset ids here:

In my personal opinion, this is the most use-case: for an asset id, find the AAS.

Please explain this in a dedicated sub section (move the text?)

Good point, especially since GetAllAssetAdministrationShellIdsByAssetLink is deprecated in the meanwhile and substituted by
operation SearchAllAssetAdministrationShellIdsByAssetLink: text needs to be updated

Additionally query operations may be used for querying based on specific Asset IDs allowing also OR combinations etc.
