I was actually about to pull the trigger on the galvanized grid, when I read the comments saying that if I used the "non-powder coated" versions of the grid, then the hooks and sidepieces could be loose. Actually, in practice, the inverse is true. The slots on my powder coated grids are too tight to fit the pieces as designed. I'm forced to take a utility knife and small file to remove the powder coating from the sides of the slots in order to make the pieces fit. This is a bit of a bummer. Perhaps two branches of the files should be created - one for powder coated grids, and one without. Had I known that the powder coated grids would be too tight, I would have stuck with the galvanized.
