Grouped menu item numbering fix with filtered siblings #218

Subject of the issue
When menu items that are part of a group are filtered the 'Item X of Y' incorrectly reads the total number of items even if there are some menu items that are unavailable.
e.g.
10 menu items
1 menu group
4 items are filtered out of the menu
6 items are available
Menu item aria label = 'Menu item title. Item 1 of 6.'

Proposed solution
Amend the BoxMenuGroupView updateItemCount function to take into account unavailable menu items.
