Currently, starting traccc on a pathological input with 0 measurements (or 0 of any other input) causes the program to exit with errors. This behaviour is undesirable, as the algorithm chain should run through cleanly, outputting 0 tracks. Some work will be necessary to equip our algorithms with the correct conditions to make it fail gracefully.
