Select values only showing first letter of value

What happened?

When saving an item with a select drop down, only the first letter of the 'Value' is displayed.

I am using Mautic 5.2.2

How can we reproduce this issue?

Step 1: Create a new object
Step 2: Create a new item
Step 3: Add a new 'Select' Field
Step 4: Add some options
Step 5: Save save save
Step 6: Create a new record under your object
Step 7: Select an option in your select drop down
Step 8: Save
Step 9: View the object details - Select option will just have the first letter of the 'Value' field

Certainly! For reference, this applies to both creating the record through the UI, and also through the API.

Also, I don't know if you want this one here, or if I should create a new bug...

When using 'MultiSelect' only the first option is displayed in the record. It does save all the selected values though, because when you edit the record, the options are still selected.
