Ticket 1: Initialize Expo App

Wait until Siri or Mathew says the GitHub repo is ready for Frontend to do their environment setup. Clone the repo, then initialize the React Native Expo app inside it to create our frontend structure.

Definition of Done:

[ ] Repo is cloned.

[ ] npx create-expo-app frontend is run inside the root folder.

[ ] Code is pushed to GitHub without any Git conflicts.
